1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by [Penelope Ink & Co], located at [211 Langworthy Rd, Salford England M6 5PW] (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your booking. The full remaining balance of your treatment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Late Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Reschedule requests made with five or more days notice are able to transfer their deposit to an alternative date.
Reschedule requests made with 3-4 days notice will require a new deposit payment to be made.
Reschedule requests with less than 48 hours notice require full payment.
Failure to pay outstanding balances will result in cancellation of future bookings and inability to book again.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving later than this may lead to appointment cancellation, and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
4. Service Description
The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on the [] and during the consultation.
5. Client Consent and Medical Considerations
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the treatment. The Artist reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if deemed necessary for safety reasons. A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior for all new SPMU, Laser, Brow & Lash clients to check for allergic reactions.
6. Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup & laser hair removal services.
7. Aftercare
Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimise the risk of complications.
8. Results and Top-ups
Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. A top-up session is typically scheduled 4-8 weeks (depending on treatment type) after the initial treatment to perfect the results. Top-up treatments are not included in the initial price unless otherwise stated.
If the top up appointment is delayed outside of the recommended window (4-6 weeks for Microblading, 6-8 weeks for Lip Blush), the top-up fee is no longer applicable and this must be treated as a new service. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that these timeframes are adhered to.
9. Liability
The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results, allergic reactions, or complications that may arise after treatment.
10. Privacy and Data Usage
By claiming a voucher and entering lead form information, you consent to [Penelope Ink & Co] contacting you via email, calls, and texts. To cease receiving communications, please contact us at [[email protected]] or [07961 172430], and we will remove your data from our system. Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
[Penelope Ink & Co] reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
